Gordon Ramsay's Perfect Steak Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 (8-ounce) rib-eye steaks 립아이 스테이크 2개(8온스)

  • Freshly ground black pepper 갓 간 후추
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced 갓 간 후추

Instructions:

  1. Take the steaks out of the refrigerator and let them sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.

  3. Preheat the oven to 400°F.

  5. Rub each steak with 1 teaspoon of olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Ingredients:

  • 2 sheets frozen puff pastry, thawed 냉동 퍼프 페이스트리 2장, 해동
  • 1 egg, beaten 달걀 1개

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. 오븐을 425°F로 예열합니다.
  3. Season the beef tenderloin with salt and pepper.
  4. 쇠고기 안심을 소금과 후추로 간을 합니다.
  5. Heat a large pan over high heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Sear the beef tenderloin on all sides until browned, about 8 minutes.
